Ahead of the 2024 Cluster V Athletic Meet, a Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) coordination meeting was held, led by John BF De Asis, La Castellana MDRRM Officer, and PMAJ Rhojn Darrel N. Nigos, La Castellana PNP Chief of Police. Representatives from Moises Padilla, Isabela, Hinigaran, Binalbagan, and La Castellana were in attendance, reflecting a unified commitment to ensuring the safety and preparedness of the event.
John BF De Asis presented an overview of risk reduction strategies and highlighted the importance of coordinated emergency responses for various scenarios.
PMAJ Nigos outlined the security measures that would be enforced throughout the event, focusing on crowd control, medical support, and emergency evacuation protocols.
